SPATA25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,445 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA25-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEURL2, CHD6, and WDR88. Each is linked with SPATA25 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA25-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA25 versus NEURL2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
