Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPATA25 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SPATA25 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher SPATA25 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPATA25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and UCS show a favorable association.

READ, UCS, and UVM are the cancer types where SPATA25 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
