Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPANXN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,336 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPANXN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3661, MIR6894, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with SPANXN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPANXN3-to-partner and partner-to-SPANXN3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPANXN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPANXN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
