SPAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, Rab25, and FASN. Each is linked with SPAM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAM1-to-partner and partner-to-SPAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by SPAM1-low versus SPAM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
