SPAM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP210L, SHROOM3, and TTN. Each is linked with SPAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAM1-to-partner and partner-to-SPAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUP210L grouped by SPAM1-low versus SPAM1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
