Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FHL5, OR5B3, and KRTAP11-1. Each is linked with SPAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAM1-to-partner and partner-to-SPAM1 results are reported.
