Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,052 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MANF, PDIA4, and RAI14. Each is linked with SPAG9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG9-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPAG9 versus MANF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
