Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,560 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA8, ITIH3, and FAM162B. Each is linked with SPAG8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG8-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPAG8 versus ABCA8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
