Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPAG8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,266 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAG8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of organelle assembly, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with SPAG8 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG8-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG8 results are reported.
