Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ58, OR52P2P, and MIR374A. Each is linked with SPAG7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG7-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ58 grouped by SPAG7-low versus SPAG7-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
