Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,617 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM4_S120, RFC2, and RRM1. Each is linked with SPAG5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG5-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPAG5 versus MCM4_S120 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
