SPACA6P-AS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPACA6P-AS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,151 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPACA6P-AS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Macromolecule methylation, and Response to UV. Each is linked with SPACA6P-AS in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA6P-AS-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA6P-AS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine modification grouped by SPACA6P-AS-low versus SPACA6P-AS-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA6P-AS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA6P-AS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
