SPACA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPACA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPACA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC74A, TGM6, and OR52E4. Each is linked with SPACA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA3-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC74A grouped by SPACA3-low versus SPACA3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
