Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPA17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,282 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPA17-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC23, FBXO36, and SAMD15. Each is linked with SPA17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPA17-to-partner and partner-to-SPA17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPA17 versus LRRC23 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPA17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPA17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
