SOX21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,209 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX21-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF6, TRPV4, and GNGT1. Each is linked with SOX21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX21-to-partner and partner-to-SOX21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX21 versus TAF6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX21→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
