SOX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,071 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBN2_S13, VASP, and WIZ_T1575. Each is linked with SOX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX2-to-partner and partner-to-SOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX2 versus UBN2_S13 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
