SOX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,765 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSI2, CLEC7A, and DOCK8-AS1. Each is linked with SOX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX2-to-partner and partner-to-SOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX2 versus MSI2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
