SOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A10, OR4F5, and KLF18. Each is linked with SOX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX2-to-partner and partner-to-SOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A10 grouped by SOX2-low versus SOX2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
