SOX2-OT

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SOX2-OT RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SOX2-OT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher SOX2-OT RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SOX2-OT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and LUSC show a favorable association.

MESO, LUSC, and UVM are the cancer types where SOX2-OT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
