SOX17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,102 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERG_S81, MMRN2, and SYNPO2_T755. Each is linked with SOX17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX17-to-partner and partner-to-SOX17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX17 versus ERG_S81 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
