SOX17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 513 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS5P4, FAM177A1, and CAPN2. Each is linked with SOX17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX17-to-partner and partner-to-SOX17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS5P4 grouped by SOX17-low versus SOX17-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
