SOX17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX17-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2AJ1, KRTAP9-1, and ARL1. Each is linked with SOX17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX17-to-partner and partner-to-SOX17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2AJ1 grouped by SOX17-low versus SOX17-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
