SOX15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 440 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGI2-AS2, RFPL4AP3, and OR7E101P. Each is linked with SOX15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX15-to-partner and partner-to-SOX15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGI2-AS2 grouped by SOX15-low versus SOX15-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
