Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,317 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOX14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Maintenance of DNA repeat elements, and Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with SOX14 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX14-to-partner and partner-to-SOX14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum grouped by SOX14-low versus SOX14-high in ESCA.
