SOX12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 542 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX12-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXC-AS1, IGHD2-2, and RNU5E-8P. Each is linked with SOX12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX12-to-partner and partner-to-SOX12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HOXC-AS1 grouped by SOX12-low versus SOX12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
