Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU4-38P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU4-38P expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU4-38P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, RNU4-38P RNA expression shows 11,215 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Together, these results highlight BLCA, STAD, and LUAD as cancer lineages where RNU4-38P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
