SORBS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORBS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,137 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORBS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS2_S157, SORBS2_S259, and SORBS2_S302. Each is linked with SORBS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORBS2-to-partner and partner-to-SORBS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SORBS2 versus SORBS2_S157 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORBS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORBS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
