SORBS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORBS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,729 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORBS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMEB1, GEMIN2, and CLSPN. Each is linked with SORBS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORBS2-to-partner and partner-to-SORBS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMEB1 grouped by SORBS2-low versus SORBS2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORBS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORBS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
