SOD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, MTND4P4, and OR7E157P. Each is linked with SOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOD1-to-partner and partner-to-SOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by SOD1-low versus SOD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
