SOCS7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 244 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SULT2A1, WFDC3, and VPS26C. Each is linked with SOCS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS7-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOCS7 versus SULT2A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOCS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOCS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
