Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC00917 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC00917 expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC00917 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, LINC00917 RNA expression shows 5,740 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight COAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC00917 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
