SOCS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,009 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, NAA35, and SSRP1. Each is linked with SOCS4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS4-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOCS4 versus MTHFD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOCS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOCS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
