Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,366 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOCS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP11X3P, NFYBP1, and LINC00653. Each is linked with SOCS4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS4-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP11X3P grouped by SOCS4-low versus SOCS4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOCS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOCS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
