SOAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,739 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYC1, CTSS, and ITGB2. Each is linked with SOAT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOAT1-to-partner and partner-to-SOAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOAT1 versus CYC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
