SOAT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,558 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC15A3, KMO, and FAM78A. Each is linked with SOAT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOAT1-to-partner and partner-to-SOAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOAT1 versus SLC15A3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
