SOAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,696 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP422, NF1P6, and CBX3P6. Each is linked with SOAT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOAT1-to-partner and partner-to-SOAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP422 grouped by SOAT1-low versus SOAT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
