SNX6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,198 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRN3, FKBP3, and ARHGAP5. Each is linked with SNX6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX6-to-partner and partner-to-SNX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX6 versus STRN3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
