The most reproducible SNX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, EGFR_pY1068, and INPP4B. Each is linked with SNX6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX6-to-partner and partner-to-SNX6 results are reported.
