Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNX6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,696 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination, Actin filament fragmentation, and Golgi organization. Each is linked with SNX6 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX6-to-partner and partner-to-SNX6 results are reported.
