Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 398 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL36P1, RN7SL62P, and IGHVIV-44-1. Each is linked with SNX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX5-to-partner and partner-to-SNX5 results are reported.
