SNX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,941 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF148, UMPS, and TOPBP1. Each is linked with SNX4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX4-to-partner and partner-to-SNX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX4 versus ZNF148 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
