SNX31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,243 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX31-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBV5-6, TRAV14DV4, and MPV17L2. Each is linked with SNX31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX31-to-partner and partner-to-SNX31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRBV5-6 grouped by SNX31-low versus SNX31-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX31→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
