Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,801 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX27-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETDB1, PIP5K1A, and ARNT. Each is linked with SNX27 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX27-to-partner and partner-to-SNX27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX27 versus SETDB1 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
