SNX15

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,845 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are EHD1, RAPGEF3, and PTX3. Each is linked with SNX15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX15-to-partner and partner-to-SNX15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX15 versus EHD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
