SNX15

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, PCNA, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with SNX15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX15-to-partner and partner-to-SNX15 results are reported.
