SNURF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNURF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNURF-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8K4P, RN7SKP43, and RNA5SP45. Each is linked with SNURF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNURF-to-partner and partner-to-SNURF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8K4P grouped by SNURF-low versus SNURF-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNURF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNURF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
