SNU13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNU13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,953 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNU13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TREM1, NLRP3, and FCGR3B. Each is linked with SNU13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNU13-to-partner and partner-to-SNU13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNU13 versus TREM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNU13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNU13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
