SNU13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNU13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 117 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNU13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-58P, RNU6-881P, and RNU6-382P. Each is linked with SNU13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNU13-to-partner and partner-to-SNU13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-58P grouped by SNU13-low versus SNU13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNU13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNU13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
