SNTA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNTA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,290 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNTA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPCS2, SPCS3, and PLCG1. Each is linked with SNTA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNTA1-to-partner and partner-to-SNTA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNTA1 versus SPCS2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
