SNTA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNTA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,883 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDB3, TAL1, and EMCN. Each is linked with SNTA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNTA1-to-partner and partner-to-SNTA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNTA1 versus LDB3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
